Grilled Chinese Chicken Salad

Grilled Chinese Chicken Salad (a plan ahead salad)

*My most requested dish!  It’s a given that anytime I visit family I will be making this salad no questions asked.*

Chicken Prep -

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Marinate overnight in

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup vegetable oil

1 can lemon lime soda

1 TBS minced garlic

The next day cook chicken on the grill, then cool and cube.

Dressing Prep –

4 TBS sugar

4 tsp Accent

1 tsp pepper

6 TBS apple cider vinegar

½ vegetable oil

2 tsp salt

I make this same day as I begin marinade, so flavors can properly blend.

Salad Prep –

1 head of lettuce

3 green onions

Slivered almonds

Mix together and add cooled chicken.  Top with chow mein noodles, and dressing.  A little goes along way on the dressing. Enjoy
